Customers enjoy artwork demonstrations

CHESTER HARLEY-DAVIDSON & BUELL CELEBRATES THANKSGIVING

More than 200 invited guests have joined in Thanksgiving celebrations at Chester Harley-Davidson & Buell. The dealership on Stanney Mill Lane was packed during the unique all-american night at the end of November.

Guests were treated to wide range of custom paint samples available from Chester Harley- Davidson’s custom paint scheme, and airbrush art demonstrations took place throughout the night to show that just about anything is possible when it comes to the paintwork on bikes. Customised Harley’s from the dealership’s custom bike programme were also on display along with some customer bikes which had already been personalized and tailored to their dreams.
 

The one-off El Toro

Amongst Chester’s own custom bikes were three hand-picked Battistini Custom bikes. These included El Toro, which is a complete one-off build featuring a 1600cc engine; El Fatto, a highly modified Harley- Davidson® Fatboy®, with a 250 rear end conversion; and  Mojo, another one off build with a 1900cc engine. Designer Mark Battistini said: “It was a real pleasure to meet Chester Harley-Davidson’s top customers and I was impressed by their appetite for custom cycles. We look forward to see Chester’s growing custom projects out on the roads.”

Outside the dealership, members of the local American Car Club had brought over big American classic and custom cars to add to the Americana atmosphere of the night. Dealer Principal Kirk Herbert said: “An event like this hasn’t been seen before in Chester and was a great opportunity to open up our dealership to new and existing customers. Four customers bought new bikes that night and another returned the next day to pick one up so it was a fantastic success for us. We would like to thank everyone who came to our event.”
