Harley-Davidson shows its strength with new model

Chester Harley-Davidson opens its doors to two powerful performers this weekend. To celebrate the arrival of the new V-Rod Muscle™ motorcycle, three times Welsh bodybuilding champion John Jones will visit the Stanney Mill Lane dealership on Sunday 1 February.

Toned and brawny, the V-Rod Muscle™ is the latest addition to the brand’s power cruiser category. With a large volume dual exhaust system, a clipped-and-clean rear end and a broad-shouldered look courtesy of gaping air scoops, it takes the Harley-Davidson VRSC™ line in a new styling direction. The athletic physique is a perfect match for the high-revving power of the 1250 Revolution® V-Twin engine.

Sharing centre stage with the V-Rod Muscle™, bodybuilder Jones, from Wrexham, will be available to talk to motorcycling enthusiasts at Chester Harley-Davidson between 11am and 4pm. The muscle man has taken time out from his vigorous training regime in preparation for this year’s 2009 British Bodybuilding Championship.

“The V-Rod Muscle™ looks set to live up to its name in terms of styling and performance,” says Dealer Principal Kirk Herbert. “We’re sure that it’s unveiling this weekend is going to generate a lot of excitement among existing and potential customers. The new addition to the popular V-Rod® family is available in six different colour options and on the road prices start from £12,330. It will be on display with the other motorcycles in the current 2009 model line-up.
