Gents,
I'd just like to give you a little feedback from my recent purchase of my new VRSCDX which I picked up on Tuesday.
I first spotted the bike via the Harley Davidson UK website and called to enquire, speaking to Keith Blurton. Keith was immediately friendly and helpful and despite myself being based in Bristol we built up a rapport. The complication was that I was about to embark on a holiday to Canada and in the meantime had a demanding job which meant I was hard to get hold of but that didn't phase Keith. He kept in touch via my mobile, e-mail, blackberry, voicemail, whatever - he took it all in his stride and helped work out a fair deal despite us not actually managing to meet.
Once we'd agreed the deal, he helped with sorting out payment, taxing and collection to suit my needs perfectly. When I arrived on Tuesday after a long ride up from Bristol he sorted me out with a coffee, kept paperwork to a minimum by pre-preparing and made the whole experience pleasurable. Just a shame he couldn't fix the weather!
I'm lucky enough to get a new company car every few years and the sales service I receive, most recently from BMW, doesn't compare to Keith's. Ditto when I bought my last bike, Triumph, from Fowlers in Bristol.
Keith has a natural lack of bulls**t which is really appreciated and is a welcome antidote to the non-riding kids that my local Harley dealership seems to want to employ. He reflects well on your dealership and means I'll definately be in touch when time comes to change bikes in the future.
Thanks,
R. Dingley
