Just a few lines to congratulate you on your excellent team, in particular Nigel Pitt, who has made my recent purchase of a new Nightster extremely comfortable, due to his courteous manner, professionalism, knowledge of your products and his patience. Not once during my time with Nigel have I felt pressured, only confident that I was dealing with an honest and sincere guy. I take delivery of the bike this Thursday and I am counting down the minutes because as Nigel knows this is a longtime dream coming true. I must also mention the professional and pleasant customer service I have received from Agnieszka and Sian which was also excellent.
