I picked up my first Harley Davidson motorcycle on Friday the 6th and have been out enjoying it ever since.
I wanted to say a big thank you for making my whole buying experience part of the excitement of owning my first Harley.
I set out to buy a bike early in the year and didn't know what I wanted but was edging toward a new Triumph as I'm big on heritage and history.
After having a chat with Nigel Pitt I knew I wanted to own a Harley Davidson before I left the shop.
His approach and attitude left me wanting to stay and chat about bikes when in past experience when a salesman come up I'd just look for an excuse to leave.
I even think I ended up asking him to sell me one!
The deposit went down and he kept me informed right through the sales process even putting up with my frequent visits just to get advice on the extras I wanted to put on and I know who I'll be buying my next bike from.
So say a big thanks to Nigel for me and also to Chris Shaw, Keith, Sian, Aggie and the rest of the team for making me feel welcome whenever I popped by.
I would and have recommended other bikers who have been kind enough to admire my new 48 to come down and see how well you're treated at Chester Harley-Davidson.
