I am delighted with the work and the price you charged me. It was exactly as I'd expected - but you threw me when you mentioned explaining the breakdown of costs. I knew the VAT rate had changed and l noted too an additional clip on 'the parts list, but both were absorbed into our original agreed price, so thank you again.
Alan called me at work when he was about 15 minutes away and I was able to pop out of work to take delivery, which went like clockwork.
My wife loves the pod lights.
All we need now is the summer!
