Just though I would drop you a quick note to thank you for your 'gentle' help & assistance over the last 12 months, before I was eventually in position to buy the bike last Saturday.
Now that the deal is done, you might be interested in knowing why I bought from you, and not my 'local' dealer in Wolverhampton, Birmingham. It's simple, 'style'.
Having been in sales for over 30 years, I just hate being pushed to do the deal, it simply has a negative effect !! You on the other hand have provided just enough friendly contact and support when needed. So I'm happy to do business with you.
Anyway, that's enough praise for one day, but I had better let you know that I have also sorted the insurance with Harley Direct, as you had suggested. I will get the certificate to you as soon as possible.
I have also decided that I would like to get the bike delivered if that's ok, although I know that's an extra cost, but that's ok.
Hope it doesn't take too long to get it registered. As you can imagine I am really looking forward to getting the bike and adding some 'extras' !!
