Being the proud new owner of a Harley Davidson Sportster 883c I would like to pass on to you my comments regarding the professionalism of your salesman Nigel Pitt and Aggie a member of your staff who helped in kitting me out with gloves, boots, helmet, jacket and scarf...... but mainly a big thank you goes to Nigel.
I can honestly say if I had not spoken to him when looking for my bike I would still be looking now. It was because of his help and assistance not forgetting his knowledge and enthusiasm of the Harley Davidson that I brought from you. He is a great asset to your company, unfortunately for me he lives to far away for me to offer him employment within my business.
Nigel also gave me the confidence to come and collect my motorcycle and ride it the 251 miles home to Kent - bearing in mind that I had not ridden a bike of this size for some 30 years - patting me on the back as he sent me on my way.
