I recently phoned your shop to ask advice on purchasing an old bike I had found on the internet (it was a yellow 1998 883 sportster custom).
I spoke to a guy called Chris, I am just e-mailing the shop to say that not only did he give me some sound advice on what to look for when purchasing an older bike but he even went out of his way to check the bike out for me online and phoned the dealership were it was held. I believe that this level of service should be praised, Chris is clearly a very knowledgeable man and is a great asset to the team at the store.
When I purchase my bike (it should be known it will not be that one), I will definately be in to say thank you in person.
